Trottole coffee

To make this pretty coffee dough in the shape of a spinning top, we worked in partnership with "La Brûlerie de Meaux". We have selected 3 different coffees in order to find the perfect harmony between the different characteristics of each coffee. We then obtained a delicately flavored paste which will go well with poultry, meat, or even plain, with the fat of your choice. Lovers of atypical flavors enjoy! Ingredients: Soft wheat flour (allergen), coffees roasted by "the roastery of Meaux" Preparation and cooking tips: Boil a large volume of salted water, when boiling add the pasta and keep boiling for the time indicated on the package. At the end of cooking, drain the pasta then quickly add the fat or sauce of your choice. For cold salads, drain the pasta and run it under cold water to stop the cooking. After this step, season them as you wish. Cooking time: 4 - 5 minutes
