Since 1860, Huilerie d'Auron has perpetuated a know-how dear to Berry: the promotion of wild fruits harvested and broken by individuals.
In 2017, the range was extended to new fruits and seeds as well as cold pressing. In 2019, the Production workshop is certified in accordance with the Organic production method and enters the Culinary College of France.🏅

For our traditional recipes, the selected fruits are first crushed with a stone grinder, slowly roasted in a cast iron skillet and then mechanically pressed by a century-old hydraulic press.💪
