InFermento was born in 2019 with the desire to bring something innovative to the world of spirits. This is how NERO was born, the worldwide promo sake produced with Italian rice in Italy.
From Japan to Piedmont in a combination of craftsmanship, cultures and flavours. NERO comes to life from this mix, the first Italian sake in the world that comes from the rice fields of Vercelli and from the places of mixing in Turin.
A real tribute to one of the best-known symbols of the millenary Japanese culture, made using an excellent local agri-food such as rice and respecting the production traditions of two drinks emblem of Savoyard initiative over the centuries such as beer and vermouth .
