Chunks of aubergines sautéed with 'Nduja di Spilinga (Line in jars of pickled vegetables - g 180) The aubergines, grown in Calabria, are harvested and cut into chunks, sautéed and then enriched with 'nduja di Spilinga. Perfect to consume as a side dish or appetizer, but also excellent to eat on their own, accompanied by a slice of fresh or toasted bread.
