"AOC Saumur Harmony rosé VINIFICATION: Our cuvée Harmonie is a Cabernet Franc rosé. After a short maceration to obtain its pale pink color, the juice is delicately fermented under protection from oxidation. This cuvée will be appreciated on the fruit. Its first quality is indeed its youth, characterized by a pale pink color and lively aromas of red fruits. Color: Pale pink Nose: Small red fruits, freshness and fruity Mouth: nice balance with fresh aromas with great length and an interesting finish."
