Cinsault Rosé Les Jamelles is known for its fruit, freshness and candy notes. With its beautiful typical bright pale pink color, Cinsault Les Jamelles is very fruity and aromatic, and reveals flavors of candy, raspberry, strawberry and grenadine, as well as floral nuances of rose. On the palate, a small hint of carbon dioxide on the attack (like a wine “sur lie”) gives it freshness. It is very pleasant, easy to taste, with an extremely balanced mouth, which combines roundness and length with acidity and freshness. Serve very chilled (8°C), as an aperitif, with a salad, braised or grilled meat, stuffed peppers, pasta or even cheese, such as Cantal. Catherine Delaunay particularly recommends a pepper/anchovy salad, an eggplant caviar or a purple artichoke salad.
