Ras el-Hanout is a well-known blend of Maghreb cuisine. It can also be called the “Maghreb curry” since it is a mixture found in many traditional dishes. Also, it is a mixture that varies according to the families, the grocers, the assemblers. Mainly composed of cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, paprika... everyone adds their secret touch! Our Ras el-Hanout blend has fresh aniseed notes, roundness brought by paprika, and a hint of heat given by a little cayenne pepper. Be reassured, its pepper nevertheless adapts to the palate of the greatest number. Like all our blends, the grinding of the spices and the assembly is carried out regularly from our workshop in Paris. Our Ras el-Hanout contains paprika, turmeric, cumin seeds, green anise seeds, fennel seeds, basil and rosemary leaves, and cayenne pepper.
