Gomashio - Lemon Myrtle

Gomashio is a blend of roasted black sesame "goma" and sea salt "shio". It is a condiment that easily substitutes for table salt. It is very popular because it is a healthy seasoning. Its toasted flavor will bring an addictive flavor to your simplest dishes. Our gomashio is made with Guérande fleur de sel and Australian lemon myrtle. Use it where you want to add a lemony flavor, such as salt or Espelette pepper. However, it should be used sparingly - usually a pinch is sufficient. 100% natural: no additives, no coloring, no preservatives, no GMOs and no irradiation.
