Gomashio - Lemon Myrtle

Gomashio is a mixture of roasted black sesame “goma” and sea salt “shio”. It is a condiment that can easily replace table salt. It is very popular because it is a healthy seasoning. Its toasted flavor will bring an addictive flavor to your simplest dishes. Our gomashio is made with fleur de sel from Guérande and lemon myrtle from Australia. Use it wherever you want to add a lemony flavor, like salt or Espelette pepper. However, it is used sparingly: generally, a pinch is enough. No additives, no coloring, no preservatives, non-GMO and non-irradiated. Origin: handmade in our workshop in Normandy.
