Our Cannellini Beans are grown in Italy in pristine soil.   The main characteristic is the internal heart of the pulp which is tender and floury and therefore easily digestible. ANDa legume rich in fibre, proteins and mineral salts, it is also a notable source of folic acid and vitamin B6.   Ideal for making delicious salads or for preparing hot soups.   Excellent as a meat substitute.   We recommend enjoying it with the sole addition of salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.     Soaking 8-10 hours / Cooking 60-90 minutes [pressure cooker 20' from the start of the whistle] To obtain a good result from the product we recommend cleaning the legumes further, passing them under running water several times, leaving them to soak for the prescribed time, placing them in cold water and cooking: the legumes must not be salted when boiling otherwise the skin will it will split and the pulp will be hard.
