Risotto "Portofino" with Zucchini & Tuna Bottarga, ready-to-cook Italian risotto with seasoning - 3 servings

Tiberino's Italian risotto "Portofino" is made with premium iItalian rice with zucchini slices and Sicilian bottarga that gives a unique fishy flavor to this Italian recipe. Package includes everything you need to prepare a creamy risotto in just 16-18 minutes. Our range is 100% natural and free from: - chemicals, - added sugar, - added fats (except olive oil), We use just fresh vegetables carefully selected and minimally processed to create meals both authentically Italian and easy-to-prepare. Serving: 3 Cooking time: 16/18 minutes DIRECTIONS: bring 700 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet or pan. Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook on medium heat for 16 minutes. Remove the lid and keep cooking UNTIL MOST OF THE WATER HAS BEEN ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY. Season to taste, drizzle with olive oil and add optional 1 knob of butter before serving. SUGGESTIONS: during cooking add 1/2 glass of wine; add 4 tbsp of heavy cream and 2 tbsp of tomato sauce approx. 2 minutes before removing from flame. WINE PAIRING: White wines.
