Whiskey de France - Single Malt - Vintage 2017. French barley, malted, brewed and distilled in France. Elaborated by double maturation, this Single Malt first underwent a first maturation of 22 months in French oak barrels (20% new + 80% red) and then a second maturation by a refining of 18 months in ex-wine barrels. . The finishing barrels which contained exclusively Cabernet Franc come from Domaine Charles Joguet in Chinon. Bottled in April 2021 Production of 650 bottles 46% vol.
