Whiskey de France - Single Malt - Vintage 2017. French barley, malted, brewed and distilled in France. The house's first peaty whiskey. Produced by double maturation, this French Single Malt first undergoes a first maturation in French oak barrels (20% new + 80% red) and then a second maturation by a 12-month refining in Sauternes barrels. The finishing barrels which exclusively contained Sauternes come from Château Doisy-Daëne, Grand Cru Classé. Bottled in April 2021 Production of 650 bottles 48% vol.
