Since 1714 the Aggazzotti family has been passionately dedicated to the production of balsamic vinegars, liqueurs and wines typical of the province of Modena.
Our direct ancestor Francesco Aggazzotti was the first to describe in a letter the production method of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP. This letter, the earliest document on Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, is today the basis of the DOP production specification.
Today we continue the production of Vinegars, rigorously DOP and IGP certified, without colourings, preservatives or caramel.
