Ametlla + de Mallorca is the love story of five women with the tradition and culture of the island.
The main ingredient of our products is the almond from Mallorca. An almond with a higher concentration of vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants and with a more intense flavor. All this due to the lower concentration of water in its fruit, since it comes from rainfed trees that only receive rainwater.
We have the IGP almond seal from Mallorca since 2020.
The objectives of Ametlla+ in Mallorca are:
1 - Convert the Majorcan almond into a gourmet product.
2 - Support the local producer. We buy the almonds from local producers
3 - Preserve the landscape of the island
4 - Sustainability, using reusable glass containers
All our products are suitable for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free diets and also suitable for diabetics.
