A true invitation to travel, this subtle cocktail combines deep notes of roasted cocoa pods and cinnamon, the juicy fruitiness of pineapple, and the freshness of green cardamom. Without calories, theine or caffeine, this infusion reveals its exotic and spicy character in hot or iced version. For one cup: Hot: Infuse 1 teaspoon for ~10 min in water at 90°C, then filter. HAS cold: Infuse 1 teaspoon in room temperature water. Leave to rest overnight in the refrigerator, then filter. All our cocoa comes from exceptional terroirs, in an ethical and transparent approach.
