The orza rib owes its name to the clay container that used to be used to store canned food. The centerboard is a tall vessel without handles in which the products of the pig slaughter were kept in oil. Currently the ribs are kept in glass jars, but the original name has been kept. The Botularium centerboard rib is made from the traditional recipe and using the best ingredients. Allergens: no allergens
