A more sustainable, fair and flavourful place. That’s our mission. And for us, it all starts with soil. Soil is intimately connected to our own health and the health of our world. It underpins so many social and environmental issues. It’s also what gives the flavour a real sense of place.
We champion small-batch, minimal-intervention, independently-owned products to shine a light on the people and places behind some of our everyday kitchen ingredients.
We’re also doing what we can to make sure we’re protecting future harvests by reinvesting in soil regeneration projects as a member 1% for the Planet and directly through our farmers to create staples making a statement.
