From there came the idea of creating the brand DJALIKA ("excellence" in Soninké), a range of jams resulting from a culinary crossbreeding, a daring mixture set that invites pleasure and sharing.
DJALIKA is a range of high-end jam, preparation in copper cauldrons, made in the old fashioned way and respects the old French tradition, and guarantees Ecocert certification.
