My name is Sandra Gontier, I am from Veyrines de Vergt and I have been living since 2011. I created Les Délices de Sandra out of a passion for fruit, I was looking for jams with an authentic taste.
I discovered this cooking technique with Francis Miot, formerly president of the jam makers of France whom I met in Pau. I became familiar with this technique, and I began to obtain excellent products while retaining the true flavor of the fruits!
