Our virgin Norman rapeseed oil is a 100% natural product. Produced according to traditional and artisanal methods, with a first cold pressing. Its light and flowery aroma as well as its virtues come from the quality of rapeseed from sustainable and local agriculture in order to avoid long journeys and respect our desire for sustainable development.
We select rapeseed within a radius of 60 kilometres.
On the palate, the texture is fine and fluid. At the tasting, the first flowery approach offers an aroma of green hazelnut to finish with a nice note of toasted almonds.
Delicious and naturally rich in omega 3 and vitamin E, without additions or adjuvants. In terms of health, the alpha-Linolenic acid (ALA) of virgin rapeseed oil has the function of regulating cholesterol levels and fighting against cardiovascular diseases.
