White Viognier The secret of lovers cuvée "La Rencontre" VDF THE LOVERS' SECRET Cuvée "The meeting" Floor It is the meeting of two terroirs, a subtle marriage of Viognier from the Hérault region and the Upper Aude Valley, grown on hillsides between 150 and 200 m above sea level. The soils are calcareous and rich in pebbles. Elaboration The harvest is early. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control (15° to 18°C). Aging lasts several months in vats on fine lees. There is no malolactic fermentation in order to maintain good freshness. Tasting With a pale gold color, our Viognier is rich and very aromatic. The nose suggests apricot and vine peach. A fresh, voluptuous and delicious entry, its vivacity leads to a finish of white flowers and lavender. An exceptional balance between richness and acidity.
