Commandaria Family Edition, KARSERAS WINERY, elegant and delicious natural sweet wine

This mythological natural sweet wine from Cyprus is made by Karseras Winery, located in the heart of the charming mountain village Doros, and specializing in the production of Commandaria since 1998.
 Vinification and aging: It has the particularity of being produced from a blend of indigenous white and red Xynisteri and Mavro grape varieties, the bunches of which are dried in the sun, thanks to the raisining process. HASfollowing natural fermentation for 2 months, a mutating is carried out in order to reach an alcohol level of around 13%. 
The wine is then aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 2 years, using the solera method, which gives rise to a balanced and very tasty wine, with great aromatic precision and real aging potential.
 Tasting notes: – Appearance: Shiny, orange color. –Nose: On the nose, it reveals aromas of red fruits and black fruits, spices, as well as notes of undergrowth. –Palate: On the palate, it is very balanced, with great aromatic precision and very tasty. 
The length is impressive.
