Our Filetto Lardelatto is made from pork tenderloin. It is an excellent part, very lean, on which the bacon is left to give it a subtle softness during maturation. Our Filetto is seasoned with Gargano herbs after boning, lightly marinated in red wine, then tied. The Filetto Lardellato is gluten-free and is offered to you in pieces weighing approximately 2.2 kg with a shelf life of 6 months.
