É Made from annatto, the fruit extracted from the annatto tree, a shrub that grows mainly in Central America, this spice blend is like traditional Colombian cuisine: tasty but not spicy. You can use it in the famous hogao sauce, but also in any other dish that you want to delicately enhance. Allergens: SULPHITES. Possible traces of sesame, nuts, mustard, peanuts, celery.
