Organic bean to bar chocolate factory (from bean to bar). We are one of the few artisanal chocolatiers to make our own chocolate from cocoa beans. We have created our chocolate factory in the heart of our shop in Bordeaux within the DARWIN ecosystem in Bordeaux. We have traveled around the equator to select the best organic beans. Concerned about our environmental and social footprint, the majority of our beans come from cooperatives of virtuous producers. We offer tablets, neapolitan strips, spread, candy balottins as well as pastry chocolate. Our products are distributed in our shop and also to organic retailers, mainly in the Bordeaux region.
