RED NIG is a fine-dry, fruity gin that is handcrafted by its maker Martin Lutz. For the production, he composed a high-quality gin base with a total of 28 organic botanicals to create a fine-tart, fruity Red Berry Gin. With RED NIG, the proportion of mild citrus fruits deliberately recedes into the background in favor of a berry bouquet with blackberries and aronia. Rare herbs, cardamom, lemongrass and hibiscus ensure perfection. In order to preserve the components, the botanicals are also added to the cold extract. The valuable ingredients go into the gin and unfold their full effect. The macerate is only roughly filtered in order to preserve the special aroma and the extraordinary coloring.
