ORGANIC Radish Red Hurricane germ seed microgreen

Red Hurricane sprouts are characterized by a sharp, spicy taste. They have both green and purple leaves and roots. Use: as a topping on bread, in dips, cream cheese, stir-fries, salads and soups. The sprouts can be harvested after approx. 3 - 5 days. With a longer germination time, the sprouts become milder. The protein content is 30 - 35%. In addition to vitamins and minerals, it also contains mustard oils, which give radishes their typically sharp taste. Do not confuse the fine fiber roots that arise during germination with mold! The essential oils in radish can inhibit the growth of mold and other bacteria.
