ORGANIC Amaranth Sprouts Microgreen

The nutty fresh-tasting amaranth microgreen contains a lot of high-quality protein, all essential amino acids (especially lysine), is very rich in fiber, minerals, unsaturated fatty acids, lecithin and vitamins.
