Probably the tastiest green cabbage ever grows from the unpeeled seeds. With their nutty, delicate taste, they go perfectly with muesli and fruit. The crisp micro-green refines smoothies, raw soups, salads, wraps and tastes particularly good in combination with tomatoes. Sunflower microgreen is a real miracle of vital substances and provides lots of vitamins such as B1, B5, B9, biotin, D2 and E, minerals, choline, betaine, tannins, enzymes and hormones. It is high in protein and all essential amino acids, low in carbohydrates and high in unsaturated fatty acids. The seed coats are very hard, so the seed needs a lot of water to germinate. After approx. 4 - 6 days the seed coats will come off by themselves. The microgreen loses its delicious nut taste after the 12th day of germination, so harvest it in good time!
