Bi Luo Chun San Xia Green Tea is made from leaves from the north of the island of Taiwan. This non-oxidized product is useful for noting the presence of other green teas rich in character and potential in addition to the best known from China and Japan. Despite its origin, the name of this product could create some confusion since the definition of Bi Luo Chun also corresponds with that of a famous Chinese tea. However, the two do not have many elements in common. The leaves of the two teas, in fact, have origins from different camellia cultivars and their processing, although it was imported from China at the time, has differentiated over the years on the island, taking on an identity in itself. At a glance, you can immediately see how the leaves of this tea differ from those of Bi Luo Chun Green Tea. In fact, the Taiwanese product has a larger and less rolled leaf than the Chinese counterpart.
