Junmai Kagura Muroka Genshu Sake is a sweet sake with a lower alcohol content (13%) with fresh and fruity aromas, dominated by watermelon, peach and crisp green apple, enhanced by subtle notes of fennel and anise. A delicate touch of black pepper adds complexity to this sensory experience. On the palate, a sweet softness combines with a subtle sparkle, offering a refreshing and juicy sensation, with flavors of peach, melon and strawberry, highlighted by a light touch of rice. The delicate finish leaves a trace of peach and melon, offering a taste experience like a basket of pulpy fruits.  It is unclarified, undiluted, and pasteurized only once directly in the bottle for maximum aroma and freshness.  Kagura is produced by the prestigious Matsui House, located in the heart of Kyoto and rich in three centuries of history.
