Bikl makes fermented pickles bursting with flavour. We only use natural vinegar, fresh herbs and cane sugar. So that means no synthetic vinegar, artificial ingredients and chemical sweetener.
On top of this we do not pasteurise our product. This results in a super crunchy pickle that has to be kept in the fridge. Our pickles come in two different flavor profiles; Mustard & Dill gherkin slices and Rosemary & Garlic cornichons (baby gherkins). Mustard & Dill gherkin slices are a classic product that go well with almost anything, from gravad lax to pastrami to a juicy burger. Rosemary & Garlic cornichons are an amazing addition to any charcuterie board, as well as a good way to spruce up a potato or pasta salad.
