We are three farmers and a coordinator from Vaucluse who have chosen to join forces to offer good and organic products to consumers in our territory, products that are also healthy for the environment. With the three farms, we grow around 40 hectares of fruit and vegetables. Each one has been labeled 100% organic farming and Biocoherence for more than 10 years.
In 2021, we are taking a new step by transforming “left behind” vegetables, those that will not make it through store doors because they are too big, too small, damaged or stained. So we have created a range of soups, gazpachos and sauces to delight your taste buds!
