The Atelier Flamel brand was born following the publication of a book “Le livre de cuisine santé” (Dauphin éditions) by its founder Gautier Mobuchon, which gave him the desire to put his theory and vision into practice, namely the desire to democratize a diet that is beneficial for health, without sacrificing indulgence or the environment.
Founded in 2021, Atelier Flamel draws on the expertise of natural fermentation to create products rich in probiotics, which can be stored for a long time at room temperature without energy consumption and are delicious.
Historically, Atelier Flamel intended its products for restaurateurs (for example: L’Assiette Champenoise, a three-star restaurant). Today, we want to make it available to as many people as possible, hence the launch of our range aimed at grocery stores and individuals.
