Sea spaghetti branches 50g

This seaweed is aptly named, its fine and long shape gives it the appearance of a large hair when it arises at low tide. Ideal in a pan or vegetable gratin, season a cream sauce for fish or a vegetarian pizza. Wild seaweed harvested in spring on the coasts of Finistère (Brittany).
