This is the story of an encounter between a winegrower, a poultry farmer and his wife and a cook. Together they decide to revive a historic estate in the Loire Valley. This is the life of a fenced plot of Cabernet Franc which serves as a run for some 240 hens. It is the desire to find the balance between nature and agriculture. It is ultimately a wine born of friendship, that it brings you the happiness from which it is inspired.
