Format: 750ml Euno, a slave from Sicily who rebelled against the Romans, hence the name of the city of Enna. Nero d’Avola and Petit Verdot, with their intense red colour, ruby reflections, highly complex aromatic spectrum and hints of ripe red fruit and spices, recall the warrior’s passion for freedom, made stronger by the sunny lands of the Consorto district. On the palate it reveals great elegance and the presence of soft and gentle tannins. AT THE TABLE Succulent red meats, pasta first courses and risottos based on legumes and grouper ragù. Excellent on blue or aged cheeses.
