9 years ago, FARADAÍ founder Nicolas Wenz was still a trained chef in the kitchens of the world in search of a new taste experience. He found what he was looking for in a Hong Kong restaurant, where he tried the rare cress ice cream for the first time: "Paracress is a very special ingredient that we now also grow ourselves, it gives our products that unique tinkling on the tongue, a tingly feeling - similar to the consumption of effervescent powder, some joke that it reminds them of battery acid ”. After his discovery, he began to experiment with cress back in the Palatinate and created the FARADAÍ Electric Spirit from an essence. The company is now based in Berlin, can be found in bars and clubs in the electronics scene in big cities and has 3 products in its range.
