Sagarnoa - in Basque wine (arnoa) of apple (sagar) - is the drink ancestral des Basques, a very old fermented drink made from of Apple. Like all the old recipes, we used ingredients that we had on hand. In this beautiful recipe, the tuna is cooked with apples and peppers. Cooked dish for 2 people. JEAN DE LUZ CANNING IS: An organic, artisanal and local cannery. We are French craftsmen and proud of being, in fact the production of all our products is done manually in our workshop in Saint Jean de Luz in the Basque Country (New Aquitaine). All our ingredients are sourced less than 250km from our Saint Jean de Luz workshop.
