Manufacturing: Gratton is a product of pure Lyon tradition. The pork graton is made from rigorously selected raw materials. The fresh fat is sorted beforehand, then it cooks slowly in traditional cooking in a pot (about 3 hours depending on the products). A specialty of Huguette, grattons are pork belly cooked with pieces of meat. Tasting tips: It is traditionally eaten as an aperitif with sausage but not only, you can incorporate it into pies or enjoy it as an accompaniment with a salad.
