The large maritime pine forests are conducive to the development of deer populations. We wanted to contribute to the controlled management of these animals to ensure the development and preservation of the species. We buy our deer meat from local hunting companies and guarantee 100% South-West origin. The rest is a matter of preparation and family recipe... All our preserves are made with fresh products and meat of French origin, in our small artisanal cannery located in Les Landes. Not everyone can make a good venison pâté or even cook a game like venison, except of course when you are a hunter. This pâté will guarantee your charcuterie platter a touch of originality. We offer you this can of venison pâté to change from the usual pâtés, the combination of pork and game meat gives an exquisite taste in the mouth. This terrine is not too strong in taste, can be easily accompanied by a good green salad as a starter or simply served on a good slice of country bread accompanied by pickles. Impress your guests with our jar of venison pâté, 100% artisanal and made with good game from the South-West. Preparation tip: Refrigerate your pâté at least 4 hours before serving and eat straight from the jar on a nice slice of fresh bread. For game terrines, decidedly more compact, with marked flavors, let's look for red wines with character. For venison, a rather elegant venison, opt for a powerful Burgundy but expressing the finesse and crunch of Pinot Noir, such as a Volnay or a Santenay.
