HASAVERAGE AGE OF THE VINES: 35 years VINIFICATION: Pressed on the estate, juice transferred to our cellars. Alcoholic fermentation is conducted at low temperature in barrels. AGEING: Aged on lees in barrels in our tufa cellars at a temperature of approximately 12°C for a minimum of 6 months. Storage and aging cellars. TASTING: Pale yellow color. Clear and brilliant wine. Notes of candied fruit and exotic fruit on the nose, with slightly vanilla pear aromas on the palate. Serve between 10 and 12°C.
