Traditional pig chipolatas

Five 80g pork sausages, i.e. 400g in total. The chair at pork sausage is served with a few parsley leaves fresh, fresh onions and a pinch of salt and pepper. All simply. Important: Do not pierce our sausages, they are not fatty, they will therefore remain soft and well scented by the good ones products that we add to our different recipes. Chef's advice: In a hot pan, add a small amount butter and cook the sausages for 5 min. turning over every minute. (You can also cook them in the steamed or barbecued.) Serve with your choice of garnish. Meat labeled Bleu-Blanc-Coeur: Diversified food and naturally enriched with Omega 3, guaranteed GMO-free and antibiotics. Our pigs are lovingly raised at Les Barres farm in Mayenne, by Sophie and Christophe Dion. Average retention date of 7 days.
