ORGANIC WHISKEY SINGLE CASK - LOST BARREL 21

When it arrived in our cellar, this barrel was our twenty-first barrel.  After 50 years of service it had already given a lot to all the Armagnacs it had contained, but it still had all its history to transmit to our whiskey.  This barrel therefore received a malt from our production in April 2019. In 2023 we transferred it to fresh Bourbon barrels.  Four years of aging and a subtle finish.
