Meaning "butterfly" in Italian, this fine and elegant bow tie-shaped pastry is well known on our plates. Thanks to its shape, the farfalle is particularly suitable for summer salads accompanied by vegetables and country ham. Try this pasta on a Farfalle recipe with ricotta and smoked ham. Cooking time: 7-8 minutes Obviously, it is durum wheat semolina pasta drawn in bronze with an incomparable hold compared to industrial pasta. Respect the cooking times on premium durum wheat pasta such as that from CAVALIERI. The times we indicate are recommendations from Italians and therefore it is a minimum to obtain al dente pasta.
