Rotelle are pasta whose Italian name means "little wheel". Their whimsical spoked wheel shape is inspired by the industry and mechanics that shaped Italy in the 20th century. Thanks to the spokes, the rotelle retain the sauces particularly well and give you an even tastier taste. Try this pasta with zucchini and zucchini flowers, mint and ricotta for a fresh salad. Cooking time: 10-11 minutes Respect the cooking times carefully on premium durum wheat pasta such as that from Cavalieri. The times we indicate are recommendations from Italians and therefore it is a minimum to obtain al dente pasta. Do not hesitate to increase the cooking time by one or two minutes and make sure to introduce them into boiling water and not boiling! Benedetto CAVALIERI is a Pasta legend!
