Since 1882 the company CLEMENT FAUGIER has combined craftsmanship and quality products. The production of candied chestnuts is very delicate, many chestnuts break at various stages of production. Clément Faugier had the idea of recovering these broken pieces in order to crush them and then mix them with Chestnut pulp, sugar, candy syrup and a little vanilla: the Crème de Marrons de l'Ardèche was born. The recipe will never change! Our chestnuts are selected by us and our creams and chestnuts are without preservatives.
