Confet'ty is a small artisanal fruit and vegetable cannery located in Chailly-en-Bière in Seine-et-Marne. Born from my desire to leave my Parisian offices to go to my kitchen in Chailly and make wonderful sweet treats that I love so much: jams!
I am lucky to be well surrounded in Chailly. Surrounded by small producers concerned with producing quality fruits and vegetables, while limiting their impact on our land. My jams are therefore made from quality fruits and vegetables from local and sustainable agriculture. No need to add preservatives, colorings or even pectin... just beautiful seasonal fruits (60%) and sugar (40%)!
My jams are 100% artisanal, the fruits are peeled and cut by hand, cooked in the old fashioned way in a copper basin.
I also produce sauces (ketchup and barbecue sauce) and pickles.
