Vintage sardines 2023 JOULIN "Under Miss Lulu's marquee".

Fished off the coast of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie in Vendée, vintage sardines are selected for their rich fat content greater than 12%. 

A tradition maintained since 2004 where the sardines are prepared and packed by hand in the hours following fishing. 

This recipe is above all a sardine that must be left to age, turning it every six months to allow it to preserve and enhance its delicious notes.   Mademoiselle Lulu becomes an exceptional trapeze artist while she charms you.
