Maison Noirot takes you on a tour of the regions of France for a very gourmet pastry experience.Our priority for this recipe was to recreate the faithful taste of calisson, this delicate blend of almond paste, candied melon and orange peel. This speciality from Aix-en-Provence dates back to the Renaissance and has become an iconic confectionery traditionally enjoyed at the end of a meal, accompanied by tea or coffee.
